The Township’s brand-new North Bergen Arts Initiative made a splashy debut with a group show of local and international artists at Olyaa Gallery. The exhibition, showcasing more than 30 outstanding creators, opened with a well-attended reception featuring numerous musical performances and free food.

The North Bergen Arts Initiative is designed to foster a thriving arts culture in North Bergen by uplifting local talent, expanding access to creative opportunities, and making the arts a visible, celebrated part of our town’s identity. There’s a tremendous wealth of creativity happening in our schools, organizations, and neighborhoods; this initiative is about building on that momentum and bringing people together to help the arts thrive and truly set us apart.
