Notice of Intent to Award Contract under
A National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Township of North Bergen intends to participate in the Sourcewell (formerly National Joint Powers Alliance) contract for “Class 7, 6 and 8 Chassis with Related Equipment, Accessories, And Services” - Contract # 081716-KTC to purchase a Kenworth T3740 4x4 Single Axle Chassis.”
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township Of North Bergen Purchasing Department, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, Room 211, North Bergen, New Jersey during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell website at: www.sourcewell-mn.gov.
The Township of North Bergen anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract on Wednesday, July 18, 2018.
It is the intent of the Township of North Bergen to make a contract award to Gabrielli Truck Sales pursuant to the proposal submitted.
The Township of North Bergen is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
