NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, at the Purchasing Office, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey, on TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Trophies & Awards (One Year)
A fee of $50.00 will be required for each set of Bid Documents.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the above location during regular business hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and address and the words "Plumbing, Boiler, and Hot Water Heater Repairs." Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, C/O Purchasing Department, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard Room# B-05, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Bids must be delivered in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent.
Bidders must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate before award of the contract if not submitted with the bid.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof if deemed in the Township's best interests to do so.
