Notice of Intent to Award Contract under A National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Township of North Bergen intends to participate in the TIPS-USA national purchasing cooperative, contract for “Heavy Duty & Medium Duty Trucks & Trailers” – Contract# 230802 issued to United Ford, LLC to purchase a 2026 F-750 Diesel Regular Cab Base (F7D) with Options.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of North Bergen, Purchasing Department, 4233 Kennedy Blvd., North Bergen, NJ during regular business hours as well as on the TIPS-USA website at: www.tips-usa.com.
It is the intent of the Township of North Bergen to make a contract award to United Ford, LLC pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of North Bergen’s request.
The Township of North Bergen is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
