Notice of Intent to Award Contract under A National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Township of North Bergen intends to participate in the HGAC Buy national purchasing cooperative, contract for “Ambulances, EMS, and other Special Service Vehicles” – Contract# AM10-23 issued to Defender Emergency Products Sales & Service to purchase a 2025 Medix-Metro Express RP-09 ES Type I Ambulance.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of North Bergen, Purchasing Department, 4233 Kennedy Blvd., North Bergen, NJ during regular business hours as well as on the HGAC Buy website at: www.hgacbuy.org.
It is the intent of the Township of North Bergen to make a contract award to Defender Emergency Products Sales & Service pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of North Bergen’s request.
The Township of North Bergen is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
