NOTICE TO BIDDERS
On behalf of the Township of North Bergen, electronic bids will be received via online auction portal by Taurus Advisory Group LLC (Taurus) on November 26, 2024, beginning at 11:30 A.M. prevailing time and closing 12:25 P.M.

- Qualifying documents must be submitted via email to Taurus by November 20, 2024: energydesk@taurusag.com.
- Vendors will be notified of their eligibility to submit bids via online auction by November 22, 2024.
- Eligible bidders will be permitted to test their ability to submit bids before 5:00 P.M. on November 25, 2024.
Bids for said contracts must be based upon and in strict accordance with the specifications.
Bidders must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract if it is not submitted with the bid.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
