NOTICE
Cannabis Retail License Available
Notice is hereby provided that on August 14, 2024, the Township adopted an amended cannabis ordinance, which allows for a third cannabis retail/dispensary license to be issued by the Township. Based on the present licenses issued, the third license would need to be located north of 43rd street along the Tonnelle Avenue corridor.
The Township will accept applications until 12:00 noon, September 26, 2024. Applications should be submitted to the Director of Community Improvement, Town Hall, Building Department, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, NJ 07047. Application forms are available from the Building Department.
