Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, at the Purchasing Office, Room 211, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey, on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m prevailing time, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
NORTH BERGEN POLICE DEPARTMENT
INTERIOR ALTERATION TO CENTRAL DISPATCH CENTER
(Re-Bid)
Prospective bidders may obtain contract documents on compact disc for a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office at the above location during regular business hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “North Bergen Police Department – Interior Alteration to Central Dispatch Center – Sealed Bid.” Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:00a.m at the Police Department garage located at 4233 Kennedy Blvd, Rear Bldg, North Bergen, NJ.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so.
