Prospective Bidders for the
LOWER ROOF REPLACEMENT FOR NORTH BERGEN DPW GARAGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the Lower Roof Replacement for North Bergen DPW Garage for the Township of North Bergen, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey will include an acknowledgment of ADDENDUM #1. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ADDENDA FORM included in the bid specifications must be completed.
Addendum #1 contains a clarification to the bid documents. Addendum # 1 may be examined at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, NJ.
All vendors who obtained the bid specifications on or prior to this date of notice have been provided this Addendum as required.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, at the PURCHASING OFFICE, ROOM 211, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey on April 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at which time and place will be opened and read in public for
LOWER ROOF REPLACEMENT FOR NORTH BERGEN DPW GARAGE
A fee of $ 60.00 will be required for each set of specifications.
Specifications may be obtained at the Department of Purchasing, Room 211, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, N.J. during regular business hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Bids for said contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications.
Bidders must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract if it is not submitted with the bid.
All bids must be stated in words and figures and proposals must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by specifications.
Bid proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent, along with the name of the project marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. Delivery of bid must be in person, Federal Express or Express Mail Service. No bids will be accepted after the date and time specified above.
All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent.
All Contracts will be on standard form contracts which are available for inspection in the Law Department.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
