Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, at the PURCHASING OFFICE, ROOM B-5, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 1:00PM prevailing time at which time and place will be opened and read in public for
LTPF-2023 BERGENLINE AVENUE STREETSCAPE PROJECT
A fee of $100.00 will be required for each set of Bid Documents.
Specifications may be obtained from the Department of Purchasing, Room B-5, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen N.J. during regular business hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words LTPF-2023 BERGENLINE AVENUE STREETSCAPE PROJECT. Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids may be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
Bids for said contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
