NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, at the PURCHASING OFFICE, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at which time and place will be opened and read in public for
91ST STREET IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II NB-1490
A fee of $50.00 will be required for each set of Bid Documents.
Specifications may be obtained from the Department of Purchasing, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen N.J. during regular business hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words 91st Street Improvements Phase II. Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
Bids for said contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications.
Bidders must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract if it is not submitted with the bid.
All bids must be stated in words and figures and proposals must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by specifications.
All Contracts will be on standard form contracts which are available for inspection in the Law Department.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
