The auditorium stage at North Bergen High School was jam-packed with students on the cusp of graduation, all receiving honor and scholarships for their academic achievement. The event was held on Tuesday, May 28 in front of an appreciative crowd of family members and friends.

 

Senior Vice Principal Denise Arias opened the proceedings, followed by addresses to the students and parents by Principal Richard Locricchio, Mayor Nicholas Sacco, and Schools Superintendent Dr. George Solter, all of whom presented multiple awards to deserving honorees.

 

Serving as masters of ceremony were Amani Karim and Oscar Aquino, with Myles Perez leading the Pledge of Allegiance and Geisa Quitana singing the National Anthem.
