The North Bergen Municipal Court welcomed its newest judge, Janet Bosi, in a ceremony held on Friday, May 10 at the Town Hall Chambers. Bosi brings a multitude of legal experience, having served as a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office for over 17 years.

 

The ceremony was introduced by court administrator Heather Luzzi. Superior Court Judge Joseph Turula administered the oath of office to Bosi. Expressing her deep connection to North Bergen, Bosi emphasized her commitment to upholding the court's values of respect and dignity for all. She extended heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Nicholas Sacco and the Township Commissioners for their dedication to the town’s future.

 

Among those who attended were Commissioners Hugo Cabrera, Claudia Rodriguez, Allan Pascual, and Anthony Vainieri, along with Township Administrator Janet Castro, Chief of Police Robert Farley, Assemblyman Julio Marenco, and County Commissioner Bob Baselice.
