Dogs will once again have their day on Saturday, May 4 when the annual Spring Pet Festival returns to beautiful Waterfront Park. Presented by the Town of Guttenberg, the Township of North Bergen, and Port Imperial Pets in collaboration with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, it’s the season’s biggest puppy party.
A wide selection of vendors catering to man’s best friend will set up tables with free samples and services while a photo booth provides souvenir pics. There will be giveaways and food available for purchase, plus plenty of doggie treats.
Dogs, bring your humans from noon to 2 p.m. and enjoy your afternoon in the sun. (Rain date is Sunday, May 5.)
Waterfront Park, located at 7100 River Road, is jointly owned and maintained by North Bergen and Guttenberg, with a superb amphitheater and spectacular views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.
