PSE&G Will Help You Complete an Energy Assistance Application
May 20, 2022Help is available for customers who are struggling to pay their energy bill. Programs have expanded to help more households at higher income levels. Forgiveness of past due balances is also available.
For a limited time, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) is offering financial assistance to help customers pay past due energy bills. The application process is simple and no documentation is required. LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) emergency assistance is available until June 30, 2022.
PSE&G is partnering with social service agencies to help customers complete their energy assistance applications in their customer service centers through June 30, 2022:
- North Bergen @ 5665 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Jersey City @ 35 Journal Square Suite #2, at Newkirk Street & Bergen Ave., Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Bayonne 608 @ Broadway, Monday to Friday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
