The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency has opened a program that may help you from losing your home to foreclosure. If you’re a New Jersey homeowner in need of help with your mortgage, you may be eligible for the Emergency Rescue Mortgage Assistance Program.

 

The State of New Jersey is investing an additional $10 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act funds to help prevent foreclosures, keep homeowners facing hardship in their homes, and support affordable homeownership in our communities.
