Town Hall Closed to Public; Services Available Online and By Phone
November 25, 2020With the number of coronavirus cases steadily increasing at an alarming rate, the Township of North Bergen urges everyone to refrain from any unnecessary public interactions. With this in mind, the township has made most of our services available online and by phone.
Beginning on the Monday after Thanksgiving, public access to Town Hall and other township buildings is restricted until further notice. No office visitation will be permitted, with the exception of the Health Department and Building Department, which are accessible by appointment only. (See contact info below.)
Municipal employees are continuing to work at their jobs and are available to answer questions and concerns from the public via telephone and email. The link below contains contact information for all Township departments. Residents are strongly encouraged to conduct business remotely to the extent possible.
Frequently requested forms are available online at northbergen.org/forms. Completed forms can be emailed back or deposited in the drop box by the Chambers entrance.
