For individuals who have questions about their unemployment applications, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development has created a new web portal that allows state residents to contact them directly.

To submit a message, go to www.myunemployment.nj.gov and follow the instructions below:

• Click on “Need Help” from the top navigation bar
• Choose “Send an Email” from the dropdown menu
• Choose Submit a message through our new online form
• Follow the prompts
