Register Now for ESL Classes
December 26, 2019The North Bergen Free Public Library runs a full selection of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses on a 10-week cycle, four times a year.
Among the classes available are Basic English, Intermediate English, Conversational ESL (one-on-one), Conversation Café, and special programs on an interim basis. For details on registration and program start dates please see the reference desk.
All classes are taught in English. A library card and proof of residency are required to register for classes.
The library also offers access to language-learning software like Rosetta Stone. This learning software can be accessed from the library or from home, across all devices.
In addition, the library houses a growing collection of over 600 English language learning items, including books, audiobooks, and DVDs.
