Due to the forecast of inclement weather, the North Bergen Police Department’s First Responder Community Day originally scheduled for Saturday, May 23 has been postponed and rescheduled to Saturday, Jun. 27, 2026. The event will take place at the same time and location as originally planned, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Columbia Park Center, 3111 Kennedy Blvd.

Residents are invited to come out and meet local first responders while exploring emergency vehicles and equipment on display. A live DJ will be present to provide entertainment.

This free community event offers a great opportunity for families to enjoy an afternoon climbing aboard big rigs and first responder vehicles while connecting with the men and women who serve and protect North Bergen.
