The public is invited to a free opening reception for the exhibition “Blanco & Negro” at Olyaa Gallery, 704 76th Street. The reception takes place at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attendees must dress in black and white for this event to match the theme.

Dozens of artists will be exhibiting about 60 pieces of black and white artwork. A wide variety of styles will be on display to the public. Among the artists exhibiting is Vargas from North Bergen, who is currently short-listed for Artforum Magazine’s “People’s Artist” poll.
