North Bergen Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Braddock Park West Luxury Apartments
April 24, 2026The Township of North Bergen held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Apr. 23, 2026 to mark the opening of Braddock Park West, a new residential development located at 8601 Bergenline Ave.
Mayor Nicholas Sacco and Commissioners Hugo Cabrera, Allen Pascual, Claudia Rodriguez, and Anthony Vainieri were joined by Police Chief Robert Farley, Housing Authority Executive Director Julio Marenco, and township officials and residents to officially welcome the building to the neighborhood. The development is owned by Rocio Sanz and Jimmy Sanz.
Braddock Park West features 135 residential units and offers a range of modern amenities, including a rooftop lounge with views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, a full fitness center with a dedicated boxing studio, co-working and meeting spaces, and additional conveniences such as garage parking, bike storage, and pet care facilities.
Located next to Braddock Park, the building adds new residential space to the area with convenient access to the park, local restaurants, and nearby amenities.
The ribbon cutting marked the official opening of Braddock Park West in North Bergen as a continued investment in North Bergen’s growth and development.
