The North Bergen Free Public Library invites children ages 5 and up to participate in an Earth Day art program on Tuesday, Apr. 21 at 6 p.m. at the NB Rec Center & Library, located at 1231 Kennedy Blvd. Participants will celebrate Earth Day by unleashing their creativity and transforming recycled materials into unique works of art.
