The North Bergen Recreation Center & Library, in partnership with NAMI Hudson County, invites families to participate in “Ending the Silence,” an educational presentation focused on mental health awareness. The program helps attendees recognize warning signs and learn what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health condition.

 

This program will take place on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the NB Rec Center & Library, 1231 Kennedy Blvd.
