Walmart Offering Free Health Services at Wellness Event on Jan. 24
January 22, 2026The Walmart store in North Bergen, along with stores nationwide, will host a Wellness Event on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This free event aims to support individuals in achieving their health goals by offering the following:
- Free health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose)
- No-cost flu shots and affordable immunizations
- Complimentary vision screenings at select Vision Centers
- Guidance from Walmart pharmacists on nutrition and medication
- Exclusive wellness sample boxes with health-focused items
Additionally, Walmart recently launched Better Care Services, simplifying access to virtual care providers, with some offering discounts on telehealth services. To help customers act on their health goals, Walmart is also rolling back prices on more than 1,000 wellness-focused items across food, supplements, over-the-counter products, and fitness essentials.
The North Bergen Walmart is located at 2100 88th Street off of Tonnelle Avenue.
