The North Bergen Recreation Department invites residents up to nine years old to two Halloween parties on Friday, Oct. 31. Registration is required in advance and is open Monday through Friday at the following locations:

 

 

A recent utility bill and birth certificate is required to register. Registration is open to North Bergen residents only. 

 

The parties will take place at 4 p.m. downtown and 6 p.m. uptown on Oct. 31.
