Get Ready to Party on National Night Out This Tuesday, Aug. 5
August 04, 2025No matter where you live in town, there’ll be a party in your neighborhood on Tuesday, Aug. 5 when the Township of North Bergen and the NBPD once again participate in National Night Out Against Crime with no less than seven separate celebrations.
Mayor Nicholas Sacco, Public Safety Commissioner Allen Pascual, and Chief of Police Robert Farley invite everyone to join them for free food, beverages, music, and fun at a site near you:
• Downtown Recreation Center & Library, 1231 Kennedy Blvd (4:30-7:30 p.m.)
• Meadowview Village / Lawler Senior Citizen Building, 6121 Grand Ave (4:30-7:30 p.m.)
• Applied Housing, 1108 26th Street (5-8 p.m.)
• NEW LOCATION: Policemen’s Park, 1455 Union Turnpike (5-8 p.m.)
• NEW LOCATION: 76th Street Baseball Field, 1212 76th Street (5:30-8:30 p.m.)
• 88th Street Park, 1400 88th Street (6:30-9:30 p.m.)

National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that strengthens the relationship between law enforcement and the community through local events in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Come out and join your neighbors, local police officers, and township officials for an evening of community and celebration.
