Travel back in time and learn how the Jersey Shore became the most famous vacation and recreational destination in the coastal United States when the North Bergen Free Public Library presents “Lost Amusement Parks of the North Jersey Shore” on Wednesday, Jul. 30.

 

Through remarkable archival photographs, look back on families who went to the boardwalks to savor candy apples, salt water taffy, hot dogs and hamburgers, popcorn, and, of course, the rides.
