North Bergen’s Food Truck Thursdays continue this week with a visit from Bro-Ritos on Jul. 24, 2025 from 4 to 8 p.m.

The Bro-Ritos menu is built around bold flavors and fresh ingredients, offering everything from burritos and tacos to quesadillas, with signature items like their Suavemente Bro – a delicious combination of rice, beans, ground beef, fried sweet plantains, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.

Bro-Ritos began in 2016 when cousins Marcus Crawford and Jarid Thomas, along with longtime family friend Jonathan Gibbs, launched a popular food truck offering fun, flavorful burritos on the go, and have since evolved into a dynamic culinary operation with multiple locations including the Prudential Center in Newark and a new brick-and-mortar spot in Atlanta, Georgia.

Last week’s food truck, Angy Archie’s, attracted crowds of hungry residents to Paterson Plank Park. This week brings a new taste treat to a different part of town.
