TAKE NOTICE that the Township of North Bergen and the County of Hudson submitted applications to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), proposing to divert 1.339  acres of the James J. Braddock North Hudson County Park, Bergenline Avenue, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Block 437.02, Lot 1 to allow the North Bergen Board of Education’s North Bergen Pre-K Program to remain in its current location and to divert 0.138 acres at 1812 43^rd Street, North Bergen, NJ 07047, Block 103, Lot 127, to allow the North Bergen EMS South Unit to remain at that location.  Proposed replacement properties are all located in North Bergen at: 6300 Meadowview Ave. (Block 205, Lot 22; 2.69 acres); 1401 64^th St. (Block 205, Lot 30; 2.07 acres); 7903-7909 River Rd. (Block 437, Lots 2.01 & 2.02; 0.7 acres); 1811 Paterson Plank Rd. (Block 27, Lot 27; 1.57 acres); & 34^th St. paper street east of Liberty Ave. (0.355 acres).
