The ribbon cutting for Ssavvy Designs was truly a gala affair, with a huge community turnout of support for the new business at 4408 Bergen Turnpike. Mayor Nicholas Sacco cut the ribbon officially opening the doors on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

 

Launched by Aimee Focaraccio during the pandemic, Ssavvy Designs offered custom printing on a wide variety of items that has expanded to include t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, mugs, keychains, bags, stickers, pet clothing, and much, much more. After initially operating strictly online, they have settled into a brick-and-mortar location in a cozy midtown storefront with a decorative pressed-tin ceiling.

 

Ssavvy Designs offers tons of options for designs or you can bring your own. Alternatively, they can design something unique and eye-catching based on your request.

 

The grand opening featured many free giveaways and delicious buffet snacks. Among the attendees were Commissioners Allen Pascual, Claudia Rodriguez, and Anthony Vainieri, along with Township Administrator Janet Castro, Police Chief Robert Farley, Fire Director Michael DeOrio, EMS Chief Dave Prina, County Commissioner Robert Baselice, Assemblyman Julio Marenco, and many more local officials, police officers, and residents.
