Join the North Bergen Free Public Library for a spooktacular Halloween celebration on Friday, Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. at the main library located at 8411 Bergenline Ave. The event will feature a lively musical performance by FUNIKIJAM and goodie bags for children who attend (while supplies last).
