On Thursday July 4, 2024, the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks will be held on the Hudson River for the first time in 11 years. The fireworks are expected to begin about 9:25 p.m. Due to the anticipated large turnout, the following traffic & parking regulations will be in place:

• Boulevard East will be closed to vehicle traffic from approximately 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• There will be no parking on Boulevard East on either side of the street. Vehicles MUST be removed by 2 p.m.  Violators could be ticketed or towed.
• River Road northbound will be open.
• River Road southbound (left lane) will be accessible to local residents, businesses, and the hospital. All others will be directed on to Bulls Ferry Road. Vehicles travelling south on River Road will not be permitted into Guttenberg and will be directed to turn around.

 Drivers are urged to obey all traffic signs. Signboards will be used to inform drivers.
