Join the North Bergen Free Public Library for an exciting summer reading kickoff party from 2 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jun. 27, at the main library located at 8411 Bergenline Ave. Enjoy a performance by Mr. Unpoppable and see how balloon twisting is taken to the next level.
