Zone Program offers the following benefits:
 

• For eligible retail items, charge only 3.5% sales tax
• Pay 0% sales tax on office and business equipment
• Pay 0% sales tax on advertising materials, contractor services, and general services such as janitorial and maintenance
• Pay 0% sales tax on building materials, repair of machinery and equipment, and renovations to your office or building
• Pay 0% sales tax on the purchase of office supplies
• Receive tax credits for the hiring of certain new employees
