Public Works Commissioner FRANK GARGIULO was first elected in 1989. A former Republican State Assemblyman and former Hudson County Republican Chairman, Frank is currently the superintendent of the Hudson County Schools of Technology. Frank graduated from Notre Dame University and earned a master’s from Seton Hall University.
