Attend a free health seminar entitled “Learn the Facts About HPV” at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the main library, 8411 Bergenline Ave.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the United States. Most sexually active people will have HPV at some time in their lives. There is no cure for HPV, but there are treatments for the health problems that some types of HPV can cause, like genital warts and cervical cancer.
