Grief has a way of presenting itself during the holiday season. Attend this free session at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017 to learn about the definition and stages of grief, coping mechanisms, and how to care for grieving persons.
This event is part of the “Well-Being Wednesdays” series that offers a new health seminar every month at the main library, 8411 Bergenline Ave. It is presented in collaboration with Hackensack Meridian Health. Refreshments will be provided.
